This is my second year at Lakeview and I am so excited to be here!
My education includes two degrees from the University of Alberta, and my teaching experience includes teaching middle school English Language Learners and, of course, grade one!
In my spare time I enjoy writing (I finished my first novel last year!), painting, crocheting, loving on my bird, and going for hikes with my husband. Combining my personal love of literacy and fine art with education is a dream come true, and I couldn't be happier to work in a profession that lets me use so many of my passions.
2020/2021 is going to have its challenges, for sure. But I am so excited for the amazing things it will no-doubt bring, too!
